1. Object

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of this website and the conditions for purchasing products and services made available online. By placing an order, the customer declares full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Physical products related to surfskate (equipment, parts, accessories) and services, namely lessons, are available for purchase. All products and services presented are subject to availability at the time of order.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order through the website implies full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products and services available for sale. The order is only considered valid after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the destinations made available on the purchasing platform. Delivery conditions may vary depending on the destination country.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods or contracting of the service, to withdraw from the contract without the need to provide any reason.

6. Returns

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in any situation.

  • Returned products must be in perfect condition, without signs of misuse, and with the original packaging complete.

  • After receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Warranties

Physical products benefit from the applicable legal warranty, under Portuguese and European legislation.

8. Services (Skate Lessons)

For services, the scheduling and attendance of lessons are subject to availability. The consumer may cancel their participation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, with the right to reschedule or request a refund. Cancellations made later do not entitle the consumer to a refund.

9. Liability

The complete absence of errors or interruptions in the use of the website cannot be guaranteed. In the event of failures, all efforts will be made to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.
